Well it depends on every individual. Everyone has a different way of viewing things. Well as for me, I'd want my guy to be understanding, caring, loving, respectful(these are some of the qualities which every girl looks for), now besides this, ofcourse we'd want our guy to be independent, ambitious, well-off,good looking, someone with a nice background, good schooling etc etc...

in other words, the guy should be a god's gift to mankind....or should i say womankind.

In other words,
Women want EVERYTHING. There's no two way about it. Even if you love them out of this world, give them everything they desire....it will still fall short. No matter what you do, it will never be good enough. Evil is both charming and addictive and that's why guys are so easy. aint it so?

So, here's the solution: When in doubt, fk!

Well yes if you want to put it as "the guy should be a god's gift to mankind....or should i say womankind" then be it. We do want that..well by nature.

well in that case, you're in luck...it just so happens that i fit the bill perfectly. of course, you will need to figure out a time-sharing scheme so that i can go around.

just kidding...no offnese intended. just tyring to pull your leg. in seriousness, i hope you find a guy with the desired attributes.

ok, i know that this question was directed at the fairer sex, but in light of hte fact that i have to leave in 5 mins and wont come back to this site soon, i am going to put together a list of items. its' jsut common sense really.... (i am assuming that the guy is normal)

must-haves:

intelligent
funny
good looking
caring/compassionate
understanding
ambitious
well-educated
rich
confident
independent/strong
good upbringing (breeding i guess)

bells and whistles:

can cook
can write poems and sing love ballads praising you
can go to the ends of the earth for you
loves your mom and dad and everyone in your extended family unconditionally
makes your friends green with envy that you managed to bag such a catch.
devotes 100% of his free time to you and your whims.

actually the assumption i made earlier about the guy being normal is invalid....

you're welcome maidenfreak...btw that laundry list i created (all a big joke really) was for a hypothetical woman, in whose shoes i tried to put myself. of course a few things may not apply to everyone.

Okay these comments are really interesting but anyways I've just some questions for whoever came up with this idea or I should say a question....
Mr. Cyrus=== 1) Are you planning to impress some women?
2) Do you want to be that perfect "God's gift"?
3)Or are you researching on Womens' studies?

Cause the answer for your question that you've asked in this thread will depend on your intention...or your answers to these above questions!

Well its good that u did create a hypothetical woman and all,you know you might figure out the qualities a woman/gurl really looks for.
bells and whistles:

can cook
can write poems and sing love ballads praising you
can go to the ends of the earth for you
loves your mom and dad and everyone in your extended family unconditionally
makes your friends green with envy that you managed to bag such a catch.
devotes 100% of his free time to you and your whims.

And for this, well hats off to you, you got the brains dude. Who wouldn't want her guy to do this for her?? And hey we would want the assumption to be for a normal guy under normal circumstances not an invalid one.

Zalim Singh
whoo..well, I dont know if any guy will be able to tolerate sucha demanding "hypothetical" woman. Will any guy be able to sit down for negotiations with someone with sucha long list of "must haves".

If I were to... lets say a "hypothetical guy" in this "hypothetical situtation" to sit down for negotiations with "hypothetical woman" I will chop down at least 60% of her stuffs from her list and show A LIST of MINE as well of "must haves" (in her).

If you dont have demands of your own you'll loose the ability to negotiate and cut down many of the unreasonable demands of theirs. ATTACK AND COUNTER-ATTACK tactic has always worked with me ha ha ha.

After all, no woman is perfect so why should they demand for a perfect guy with perfect attributes.

About your last statement khaobaadi.. could you please clarify yourself on this one..these guys will spend their lives trying to perfect themselves when there is no such need to perfect oneself...or rather my knowledge and understanding does not match your philosphical or analytical mind/reasoning ..whatever that statement means is not quite apprehensible..i hope clarifying it wouldn't quite difficult..

maidenfreak, Draupadi asked for the same thing you are looking for in a man, and as Krishna later explained, got Pancha Pandav. I wish you a good luck.
