I also like Argentina my friend, but not a die hard fan though. I also like speed of England team. About players, I was much impressed by Brajilian Ronaldinho last time. So anxiously waiting for the world cup?
What is your guess of the winner? I was not able to follow the qualification round, can you please share your impression?

Which country is looking good this time? Is Brazil as strong as ever? Does England show the promise? The Germans, the Italians, the Argentinians... are they still perennial favorites? Is it time for Asian tigers to shine? Or will there be unlikely new comers such as the Americans, the Australians, even the Canadians (are they even competing?) who will prove their mettle?

Please... someone, enlighten me. Every four years, my love for real football rises, like the secadas in their season.

...what an irony for Sven Goran Erickson....England (where he coaches) and Sweden (where he's from) in the same group. Poor guy was shaking his head as the draw was being announced. They were in the same group in 2002 as well.

I think England has excellent chance this time round....( well they always do!)

I'm supporting England and Soccoroos (Aus).

Germany and England will be happy. Group C looks awesome. Portugal will be happy about group D. E will be tough all round. Australia in group F at least they are going. Group G and H... interesting but not too interesting.

USA gets drawn into the group of death. Fantastic! :D :D

Why does Argentina gets drawn into a difficult group every time? Last time as well, it was in the group of death. This time again, Group C seems to be the toughest one, with Netherlands, Argentina, even Serbia and Montenegro is quite a potent team.

I will be supporting Argentina, Ukraine and Serbia and Montenegro.
