Good stat AX. I feel good about even those two positions (right field and 2nd base) as our guys are explosive. I think we are like 2004 Red Sox, a lot of offensive power, with a revised pitching lineup. As they say for playoffs, it is a whole new season. If red sox still beat the white sox (these stinky soxes) and St. Louis come out of the west (which is highly probable), Yankees are going to play with teams that wear RED..funny ain't it? Speaking of red dress, why do Angels wear Red? Shouldn't Devil be the red one, while Angels should wear white.?? Just some thoughts to ponder at.

jahid??? Is that article about Major League Baseball??? I agree with you DWI. NYY 2nd baseman did a great job last nite :) Kennedy is having a great offensive season with .300 batting average with good glove. Yankees Super rookie is showing is offensive power. He belongs to the big league, I am glad Cashman didn't make him trade bait. Vlad vs Sheffield is a toss up. Vlad is the most consistent player past 5 years while Sheffield is still the most explosive player in the league. It was amazing to hear (FOX Channel) that Vlad is batting 300 in every month. I believe nobody has ever played that consistently. He is the only offensive player that scares another team. Sheffiled has the fastest bat swing that major league has ever seen and he seems to sign when pressure is on. It seems Angels is going to have hard time with Yankees sticks :=) Angels pitchers won?t get to rest when they face Yankees lineup. Their 1 thru 6 hitters are batting 300 for the season (some are close) and 7-8 (Posada and Bernie) are proven veteran and can hit Home Run any time. The kid name Bubba from Texas hits no 9. He is a aggressive hitter as well. If Angels got any chance to win the game that is tonite. Torre is sending the rookie Chien-Ming Wang (first Taiwanese player to pitch MLB postseason???) on the mound. He doesn?t seem to fizzle whether the pressure is on. Could it be the reason he got the nod over Small and Chacon? The only thing that favors Angels is that they won the series with three straight wins in 02 (?) after they were 0-1 down against the Yankees. But how often can you get lucky??? go Ming go!!! Asian Pride :p ____________________________________________________________________ I listened to Bosox vs White Sox on ESPN radio. I enjoyed it immensly. I wish Big Hurt is still in the lineup. I used to be a big fan of his. He still can perform if he can keep himself in the lineup. I hope underrated Chicago White Sox will repeat their performance again today ;) I wonder what Mr. Shapiro is going to do with ESPN Baseball pundits :) Only 1 guy thought Yankees will win this series. I think I can do better job than these overrated Baseball pundits. Just to show how good I am follow this link http://www.sajha.com/sajha/html/openthread.cfm?forum=56&ThreadID=20707&show=all :p The only team I didn't expect to play in October was Chicago. Who would have given chances to Indians and Phillies to play for October??? I predicted it and both teams were in till last day of the reg season :)

"Dejected slugger blames himself for Yanks' ALDS defeat, bats a paltry .133 with no home runs or RBIs" HELL YEAH, ya won't get $25 MIL for nothing. Mr. May should donate his salary......

So AX What are the Post Season changes do you anticipate from Steinbrenner? Red Sox also seem to go through a lot but losing Manny and Damon may prove to be very costly.

Go Angeles! I knew the day was for Angele' over as soon as Yankees outfielders Gary Sheffield and Bubba Crosby collide against the centerfield wall chasing a two-run triple hit by Kennedy in the second inning.
