San can do allow your ip address to access.

The fact that you are able to log into sajha from that page means that the ban was not placed on your account. If the ban was placed on you, then you would see that page, AND you would NOT be able to log in through that login screen.

Many times one individual's continuous inability or resistance to follow simple rules of sajha will necessitate an IP ban and username ban. So, that other people who are not banned from that IP can use the login screen to enter sajha just like you did.

SO, if you are writing in sajha, that means you are NOT the one who is banned.

Thankfully there are only 10 to 15 IP's that are currently banned due to some people's incessant resistance to follow simple rules of respect and consideration to others, and of the goals of sajha.

I understood that.... but why to bring up that screen right before entering the sajha website.... that screen should come up only when a person wants to post something.

If someone to be banned, you can ban outright by username. As you know IPs may not be really unique to any individual.

Anyhow, if there is too much flooding, or other such activities are going on from one IP address then that login screen protects sajha from being flooded or being subjected to such nuisance.
