Hi Everyone, Politics has never been my subject of interest. However these days I am pretty much regular to read news and listen to BBC. I sometime discuss politics with my friends too. Since the country is passing through a political phase transition, I couldn't save myself from this political tsunami. So I made an attempt today to record a small part of my political feelings that bothers me a lot. There are many questions in my immature mind I have decided to put them as time permits. At this moment I am passing through a phase of mind which is suggesting me to record more feelings. However, I am not sure how long will it take to over the phase. Whenever I write about Dharma and Science, I have always encouraged you to read even though my postings are tiresomely long, but I won't encourage you this time because you will gain almost nothing from these postings. Moreover, I don't have profound knowledge of the subject matter because of lack of interest and lack of study. Thank you!

Dear Political leaders, Your activities provided fertile soil to germinate Maoists and help king to assume executive power. 2046 was not a transition from Rana monopoly to Democracy, to take long time to establish the Democratic Norms. Panchayeti system had more Democracy in it than autocracy, and 2046 was transition from partial Democracy to the full Democracy. So, 14 years were more than enough time to do something sensible, at least to assure people that we are moving in the right direction. Regrettably just opposite happened. You cause Maoists to born and grow and give ground to the king to take over. So it is not wisdom to blame only to the king for demolishing democracy from the country. King and you both are equally responsible for the assassination of democracy. Have little shame to be on the street scolding and abusing king, but not taking any responsibility yourself. You are stuck to your leadership like a small iron ball in a strong magnet and your leadership has become your begging bowl. You have begged enough by the name of democracy and people. You made democracy and people as a ladder to get the glorious chair. Once you got it you left them. Have little shame to call upon people now. Isn't this great selfishness? What to talk about your ego! You feel you are not a general human. You have some extra quality that's why you are leader and others are follower. Don't blame me that I am accusing you. Test yourself! It hurts you when someone ignores you and disrespects you right? That is the proof. It is true for many people but your grief is bigger. You fly when people praise you, don't you? Those people, who come to salute you and praise you, are poor greedy souls, want something from you. So don't leave the ground when those selfish praise you. Count me on; you are still a human being. I can understand leadership gives glory but if that glory makes other cry, what that glory is for? Most of the people whom you don't know are abusing you. Why? Because you betrayed them! For you, to lie is not a big deal to accomplish your interest, because you don't give importance to morality. However it really hurts when you count on someone and s/he smashes your faith. Perhaps you may not understand this, so let's escape this for now. I request you to sacrifice the leadership and go back to the curtain. Country needs your experience, serve the nation anonymously. This will be the greatest sacrifice on your part. Nature has programmed people such a way that nobody likes the possessive people, but those who sacrifice for other, have always been worshipped. I know you are very cleaver of words. Don't play a logical game of argument with me saying that leadership is a sacrifice itself. By the way, I am not good at arguments. However, I know something which is very true, that is, real leaders sacrifice their family, friends and livelihood to give service to the nation. An ideal leader always thinks he is a servant of the people. However, you have developed yourself such a way that you think you are the master of the people. We have already seen that you don?t have a quality of an ideal leader. So, abandoning leadership will be a real sacrifice of you. Sacrifice word itself means that you have to leave something dear to you, for better of many. Isn't leadership dear to you? Many people wants you to abandon it for the nation's shake. We have already seen what you could offer. Now this is the time to serve the country differently. You need to be back off and give a new leadership a chance. Help the new leadership as per your capacity and let them lead freely. I know new leaders are growing in the tradition of mercy and favoritism of their godfathers. They dear not to challenge you because poor them! have never experienced democracy inside the party. Isn't it a pity to say so? I believe first revolution need to be inside the parties to destroy the autocratic leaders like you. Enough! We are enough ruled by autocratic minds by the slogan of democracy. You have to start democratic practice inside your parties and extend it to the country level. If you demonstrate democracy inside your party, you don't have to give speeches, you don't have to advertise that you are democratic and you care for people. Sooner or later you will be recognized. After all, every human being has a brain. Sandalwood doesn't speak for its identity. Contd.....

Leadership is a quality, and no quality comes through heredity. If two great leaders born in a family, that can be just a coincidence. Many people in present leadership have to be aware of this fact. My request to them is not to make politics as a family business or a livelihood. Politics shouldn't be a mean to enjoy glory of power. You are not a special person rather you are responsible person. If leader slightly misuse the power that will make many people cry. This is what happening now. Unlike your some buddies you may not be a corrupt leader. However, situation has proved that you are incompetent. Your capacity to offer to the society doesn't meet the demand of the society. That's why you have to back off and give chance to new leaders. This will be the great contribution on your part. Please contribute! Nation needs your contribution. Don't worry about the new leaders' capability. I assure you that they will do fine. Father always worried about his son but many sons prove themselves to be better than their fathers. Of course that makes sense, we are evolving. I salute that you spent years in jail. I have already witnessed, what was that for? I know you are ready to go to jail again. Thank you very much. Please don't bother anymore! I am an ardent advocate of democracy but I don't want the democracy you have offered in last 14 years. I have seen such democracy in an Indian state of Bihar for 58 years. A leader is one who is responsible for the every single person of the society, who knows the right path, helps the society to progress towards destination, and make the group safely arrive to the destination. Check yourself whether you have these qualities. To my little understanding of you, you don?t see one. So please don't be arrogant, accept this fact that you are not the right person for the leadership. I am optimistic that some people would have born for real leadership. They will change the wrong definition of leadership prevailing in our society, that is, leader is the one who can deliver long-long speeches and doesn't keep his single word. New leaders will be real persons of deed with honesty as their strength. They will be persons with vision who know where we are, where the world is, and which is the shortest route to catch the world. They may not only inside the seven parties; they can be amongst the royalists and Maoists as well. I am eagerly waiting for such leaders. Thank you!

Yes, Vishontarji: You must publish this article of yours in the paper. More and more such articles shoudl be published in Nepal indicating what people lreally want, what people realy wnat to see in the leaders, and what people want to see how parties take their activities. But problem is, the journalists, newspaperwalas in Nepal are also culprit... they are aligned one way or the other with one of the parties (political, king, maoists). They are really doing lousy jobs in Nepal.. They are truely NOT Journalists. Fu**king ashh)oles journalists of Nepal. Fu** you newspaper walas of Nepal... You buggers are shitty

Thank you pals, thank you very much for your kind words. I am honored. I wish I could share my feelings with many people. I don't know how to give articles to magazines or newspapers, and I don't know whether my articles meets their standard either. I have another problem too. When I start to write thoughts overpower me and I lose peace and harmony of my mind. Once I feel that my peace is in danger, I withdraw and abondan everything. Peace of mind is most important to me, if you have it, you have everything. BTW, I will write more stuffs in this thread once I get free time. Please judge my words, there is nothing personally against to anyone. I am very much aware of the right speech, a speech which is true but shouldn't hurt anyone. As a citizen, I have right to through some suggestions for the better of the country at this critical moment. Thank you.

Sadabichar Ji, Yes, I am Dhananjaya. Thank you for refreshing my past. I know the world is objective but find very difficult to feel it, and behave that way. I am practicing, hope will get there one day. Thank you very much for your encouragement. Do you remember once I told you that the frequencies of our thoughts are similar? They tune up that's why we like each others views. I sometime talk about you with one of my friends who visits sajha. I feel, perhaps I know you. Even not, I feel close to you, because our feelings are similar. We are really interested to know you in your real life. Perhaps, I will send you an email someday. Thank you! Here I come with some more stuff about politics.......

I have heard a story of a beggar, who lived under a huge banyan tree near by a town. Every day he had very tight schedule. In the morning he used to go for begging, eat food, drink alcohol, and have sunbath. Alcohol and lovely sun of winter made him to fall asleep. At night when severe cold of winter penetrated his heart, he strongly felt for the fire and regretted for spending days uselessly. He promised with himself to be more cautious and mindful in the next day, and planned to collect firewood and light fire. Day broke, he went for begging, bought food and alcohol and fed himself, went for sunbath, and fell asleep. Again night arrived with freezing cold; he went through all the phases of regret, promises, and plans for the next day. Time flew, nothing changed in his life. None of his nights could change his days; eventually one night he slept forever. It is really difficult to change one. Tremendous amount of effort is required to change oneself. Except little exception, incidences in life are not able to change a person. Person feels strongly for change when the trouble falls on him/her but slowly becomes unmindful once the trouble is over. This applies to majority of the world. To change one's own habit pattern is one of the most difficult tasks ever. Don't just believe me; examine yourself and accept the truth. You need to have relatively clean mind to be changed by incidences. One of such examples was Siddartha Gautama, a prince who strongly felt that there is misery in life by seeing miserable incidences. If you really understand the problem, then it can be anticipated that you may get the solution. Siddartha recognized the problem as a problem, strived to find its solution and found it. He changed himself and became Buddha. We all know that there is misery in life, but that understanding can not inspire us to do what Siddhartha did. All I mean is incidences in life doesn't have enough strength to change the majority of people. Leaders! You have been saying that you have done mistakes in last 14 years and you will not repeat those mistakes again. However I know from my own experience that it is really difficult to change oneself. Yogis wouldn't be leaving for jungle if they could easily change themselves. Aforementioned story of the beggar applies to majority of the people of the world and how can Nepalese politician be exceptional? How will you overcome your greed when suitcase of millions is opened in front of you? How will you get new ideas, and new techniques, and effective new plans that you couldn't get for last 14 years? How will you overcome your lifelong lying habit? Is this mistake strong enough to change you from immoral to moral? Is this mistake has caliber to tackle with your selfishness, your pride, your superiority complex? The mistake you have admitted doesn't have any strength. You admitted the mistake just for formality and to adapt the situation. I will give you one example. Mr. Deuba said once, Pajero privilege was a mistake. His wife was interviewed next, and she said he didn?t mean that. He was tired of giving explanations that's why he admitted. Who else can know Mr. Deuba better than Ms. Deuba? He is not really sorry for that. He lied to the people and said that he is sorry, just to close the chapter. Can anyone of you claim that you are better than Deuba? If yes, under what ground? You always speak to adapt the situation but you do only the things of your interest. (This is just an example Deuba Ji shouldn't take personally) In the story, beggar was tortured by cold so he regretted for his mistake. Here you are tortured by nothing. You are among the most privileged people of the country. What can make me to believe that you are regretting for your mistake? Do you want me to believe that your heart get melted for more than 11000 people who have died in the silly war, and that is causing you to be changed? Be shameful to say so, many people have died when you were in charge. If you are not exceptional human being, you won't be regretting. People regret only when they lose something, you lost nothing to regret about. Confession is just a tear of crocodile. All you lost was the power and this drama of confession of mistake is motivated by the greed to get it back. Let me see whether you can make fool of Nepalese people this time too. Cont......

Politics is not like playing a game where you can learn from the errors. Politics is like operating sensitive scientific equipment; single error can cause life penalty. Isn't this what has happened now? Because of your wrong operation more than 11,000 lives have been killed, and we don't know the end of this silly war yet. It will be nothing more than childish if you want to operate it again. Abandon the childish stubbornness and monkish stupidity; things have already come to the question of life and death. You still want to cheat on people; they are left with nothing. How selfish you are, I can't imagine! Get life dude! Wake up! Think of people who are dying and who will die. Don't play a game of words anymore. Be rational; do some contribution; sacrifice something. Sacrifice I mean a real sacrifice, where one loses something. Your struggle for democracy before 2046 can't be considered as a real sacrifice. Because, 14 years long, personal democracy of yours have already paid you more than what you deserved. Boy can there be a business, where a cycle turn to a Pajero and a middle class man turn to a millionaire, in no time! You have tried to redefine the word "Politics" as a science of earning by cheating. Exceptionally few people, in a country like Nepal, can earn what you have earned with the similar effort you have made. Tell me, are you still saying that you have contributed for the country? Can this be considered as a sacrifice? If yes, "selfish" and "selfless" words should be the synonyms. It is really shameful what you did for last 14 years. More shameful is you are still leading. And the most shameful is we don't have trustworthy alternative of yours. This is the testimony of our society being quite ignorance and drugged. This is the proof of being young leaders subdued. This gives the overview of autocracy inside the parties. This makes me to feel that we are very immature. I believe error is human, but not all errors are excusable. Some errors are very very critical, they should not be repeated. Leadership is one of them. Error by leaders may cause the severe damage to the society. Don't think that this is a view of an undisclosed person who does't have any reputation and status in society. What I said is a truth, a natural law. Check yourself whether it is truth or not. Truth should matter, not who is revealing it. Laws are laws. Simple errors are like giving bleach injection by an immature doctor, instead of glucose. However, critical errors are like giving a cyanide injection. You have already given cyanide injection to our society. Asking for one more chance? Asking for the correction of such overcritical mistakes? Think of it. You are human and you have a brain. Contd..

Dear Hushpuppy, Though I too don't have a compendium of politics, trying to answer your queries. I respect your share of compassion with political leaders especially in the present situation. I too feel to hearten them for good reasons. Regarding the emergence of Maoist, people may have different views. I can not put red pen on it and leave it for open debate. But I can definitely say that politicians and political parties did not come up with the strategies to come to the negotiation. There were no proper agenda and program with government but in other hand Maoist has the clear program about their goal. At least they know what they are asking for. Our politicians keep on blaming each other for 14 crucial years but they even did not try once regarding transformation. Politics of Nepal became an heirloom of Koirala family for so long. They played with it as they wished and fulfilled their personal goals with the cost of being a second poorest country in the world and taking life of more than 11,000 people. Nepali people gave enough mandates to run government to Nepali congress twice but you know the result as they fought with each other for the occupancy at Baluwatar. I would like to thank to all who participated for the fight for democracy in 2046 and before that. But I have no regret to say that we paid enough (in monitory terms) to all leaders within minimum time frame. Lets again take an example of Deuba, have you seen his house in Budalinkantha? That cost multiple crore rupees. How much has his father left for him and how much his wife can earn legally and paying tax within few years time? How Govinda R.Joshi became capable to present a newly build well furnished house to his daughter as a B'day gift and how Bijay K.Gachadar could invest more than 4 crore rupees at once for his transportation business. You can fine many more such examples. Yes, Hitler tried to change the world but you forgot to say 'as per his wish'. He did such a work by which Germany is still on shame. If you remember couple of months ago Moscow celebrated its victory over Nazi along with other countries where more than 40 country heads participated. D-day is celebrated with the same reason. I will not be surprised if you say even Polpote, Chauchesko, and Osama at least tried to change the world. Yes, they did no doubt about that but are it for the good reason? Why people still appreciate the way Gandhi fought for his country? There are good reasons and bad reasons to fight and good way and bad way to-do it. Then why should one oppose King's steps. Why don't you appreciate the way he is running country by saying 'at least he tried to change the country'. If someone wishes he/she can do a lot for the country as you can take an example of Singapore. The former PM Mr.Lee transformed country within couple of decades. People appreciate his good work and he still is a minister monitor (special post) and his son became a PM but remember not by the way Ganeshman fought for the election ticket for his wife and son (big humiliation to say it). Lastly, I do agree that we could not do anything for the country but it doesn't mean than we even stop thinking positive. Before you ask question to other see your face in the mirror and try to realise what you did for the country. Frankly speaking, if you are legal, doing what you are up to, studying (not to extend visa) and have a plan or feeling to die in Nepal ? I salute you.

Hushpuppy, why its been so common around here, "Why you have big mouth, what you have done to Nepal and Nepali..." this and that?.., and you said "what do you do or have you done??? wimp and cry and follow the only shepherd who milks you high and dry and cuts you into pieces if he needs a partya"... if we have something to do, won't we be (you and me) in Sajha wipping each other asses, rather we would have hung some Moron back home and over thrown Gyane and his putra.. "Leaders at least they are thinking however minute their brains are", you mean its OK for leaders to have minute brains just like ours? Kasari bujhu tapai ko kura "Brain is not so significant or contribute little or nothing at all but still one can be leader if he is able to think about raping sovereignty of country and looting its people" ...Lau maile yesari bujhe hajur ko kura "Hitlers and Napoleans of the world at least they attempted to change the world around..." bhannu kojeko ali ramro sanga bujhina.. Does it mean you admire anybody who attempt to change something. I dont see no reason for you not admiring Gyane who is attempting to change Nepal. Hello lady then why not admire Visonothar attempting to convey something sincerely..Yesma chitta nabhujdo kura k cha ra hau..! Risayeni maaf hoos hai maile kura ramro sanga bujhina ki kya ho..

thank you for your valuable insights yetraisiddhi..pisces i love you too...but i hold my ground tight when it comes to democracry...even if it means sacrificing a li'l butter to the constitutional monarchy...after all without crack and women hrh P cannot function properly....otherthan that its about time to realize our own strength...than be consumedd my puppetry of monarchy..just imagine our country with monarchy 30 years from now:::: Stagnant totally stagnant: Gyane dies. whats left of his soccer (sucker) team is surya bhdr, lok, pashupati and HRH P : will people give the same importance nope. Now next powerful sneaker is the army: without a leader, what cud they do what will they feed on? tourism is dead. without privatization no investor is willling to pull in money into the economy: businesses dead. Meagre pay in govt agencies will make most students fly away from the country as like now. With the low flow of money, real estaes go down, not many shopping spree, the rural areas adamantly forgotton, utilities bills rise inorder to scam in more money to feed the royalties, debts add up, rich people monopolize what they have, middle class can't survive and the poor extinct or more angrier (maos). The shepherd promises the sheep a peaceful pasture to feed on and protection from the tigers and foxes in the forest. He milks you again makes sausages of you in time. But wouldn't you rather be the Ram to walk tall in the cliffs and free of barbed wires???? you talked about koirala family...i don't know much but they were exiled so the money they hold seems a whole lot of voter's scams and other. About the deuba's house. Dr. Arzoo makes 50,000 a month just from her teaching. Her parents gave away much of that money as dowry too. Half a crore necklace in her wedding one of the gifts. She has a private chopper and they have businesses minting money and she does her own grocery fighting for Rs2 when buying tomatoes in asan. Deuba has brains so thats how they were politically married and Thats how rich become richer. Thanks to previous feudalism. Just like how white skinned europeans treat colored people, jews treated other people in Germany the same way : result hitler who wanted to promote Aryans. that is how maoists term themselves as. Nepolean on the similar tune wanted to be the next Ceasar, a man from a village who dreamt and dreamt well. can't put poor gyane anywhere. HRH P is like male version of Paris Hilton. But unlike Paris, he hasn't lifted a finger not achieved anything yet. So what the hell is Gyane fighting for??? LET GO: a message that he needs to hear.
