Why Nepalese could not establish true democracy and fail?

In 2007 era, arm revolt aganist Rana regime in Bhojpur, eastern Nepal. Arm revolutionary front ?Mukti Morcha? affiliate with Nepali Congress Party. The revolutionary commanders and leaders of Mukti Morcha was Dr. K. I Singh and Ram Prasad Rai. Both leader principle was corruption, crimes and political change must be done from grass root level and its foundation, so new democracy can be grows up with clean democratic culture or systems.

But, when Mukti Morcha entered in Dhuli Khel near kathmandu. B. P. Koirala and Girija P. Koirala did peace agreement with Rana Regime in New Delhi, India. Peace agreement was not consult with revolutionary leaders Dr. K. I Singh and Ram Prasad Rai. Both revolutionary leaders were against with B. P. Koirala?s bloody betray.

So Dr. K. I Singh and Ram Prasad Rai were assassinate by Nepali Congress Party of B.P. Koirala. Therefore, Nepali Congress Party of B. P. Koirala and Girija P. Koirala never mention their names in History of Nepal Democracy. Neither Nepali Congress Party of B.P Koirala ever mentions them neither a martyrs nor democratic revolutionary leaders. This was a great moral less crime and betrayed execute by Nepali Congress Party of B.P Koirala in political history of Nepal. Since then Nepali congress Party practices corruption, crimes and unethical activities in Nepal politics. Therefore, Nepali Congress Party never ever respected as a trusted party in intellectual community of Nepali politics.

In the name of democracy, same family of ranas and top corrupted people carried governmental and political powers of Nepal. In Nepali proverb it is called ?Hati ayo Hati ayo Phussa??

Bad leadership of B. P. Koirala and Girija P. Koirala are the result of collapsed of democracy of Nepal.

Therefore, so many crooks, criminals and corrupted people ruled Nepal. Beside that, its result is great failure of true democracy of Nepal.

In people movement of 1990, New democracy established. But there were not major role lead by Girija P. Koirala, or Ganeshman or Krishna Kumar Bhattrai. These people were sleeping in Sundari Jal jail.

Before and during the process of People movement for democracy 1990, most contributed people were from University, School, and Industries. These people die from the illegal tortures and killed from Panchayat systems. Most notorious criminal minded Panchayat Prim-Minister was Surya Bahadur Thapa of Ilam. On his order and command, village of eastern Nepal were brutally killed. Students, Teachers and workers illegally tortured and killed. Surya Bhadur?s panchayat policy was ?Free to kill panchayat enemy?. Surya Bahadur killed or disappeared as many as Nepali people than Maoist revolution and Rana regime. The Panchayat system was a same people but just a different form of Rana regime of Nepal.

Democracy fails in Nepal because of attitudes of the very Nepali Janata and one one else.

In Nepali context: Only True Democracy establish or Save True Democracy from process

(1) Reconsider - modify Nepali constituation "take out only hindu nation...." and Equality

(2) Establish and implement very strick Law and Order: To control crime and corruption, capital punishment must be implemented even minimum crimes. No excuses.

(3) Establsih equal policy, law and constituation: All nepalese people must treat in equal in government employment, educational systems, social, cultural, religion, law, citizenship and political evolvement.

(4) Control Crimes and Illigeal activities: India and Nepal must have Visa Entry systems. As long as free entry systems - blackmail, girl trafficking, smuggling and crimes can not stop.

(5) Crime and Investigation Police must be establish & implements: To watch, arrest and persecute Nepalese Corrupted Criminals these type of CIP must require. CIP must have full power like arrest, jail, investigate and shoot. This must apply upto Prim-minister of Nepal, Army general and police chief. No one must hide from it.

(6) Cooperation establish with International Policing: Nepalese Criminals must arrest from any corner from the world and put them in justice. Like china.


(7) Implement control system: market value and fix price systems.

Dr. K. I Singh and Ram Prasad Rai were assassinate by Nepali Congress Party of B.P. Koirala.

I do not think Dr. K. I. Singh was assassinate he died of natural cause. To my knowledge later he joined his hand in Panchayat and got elected for Rastriya Panchayt Sadasya from Rupendhi district. Not only that he was even choosen for Primeirship but passed away the day it was supposed to be announced.(My Broda and his friends talk about him fondly, how he get rid of those bandits from Marchawar, Lumbini area)
As for Ram Prasad Rai its little bit merky. Nobody knows what really happen. However, Once my far related granpa, who helped mukti morcha with ammunation he talked about him but i cannot remember all of it. May be need to ask him about it.

Nepal Congress to join hands with Maoists

SILIGURI, Feb. 7. ? The Maoist movement in Nepal is likely to gather mainstream political momentum soon. As part of the planned movement of political parties of Nepal in a same platform, the Nepal Congress Party has decided to welcome Maoists and join hands with them.
During an interview with The Statesman today, the central committee member of Nepal Congress Party and the party organisation chief, Mr Krishna Prasad Sitoula said that almost all democratic political parties of Nepal, including Communist parties, have joined hands to put up a fight against the Nepal?s King Gyanendra, who has dismissed the government and taken all powers in his hand.
Mr Sitoula said that the Nepal Congress, the Nepal Communist Party UML, Janmorcha Nepal, Nepal Mazdoor Communist Party, Nepal Sadbhawna Party, Ananda Devi and alliance of five small Communist parties of Nepal have come together on a platform to start a movement against the monarchy.
He said: ?We are not against the Maoists? demands. We support their ideology regarding the monarchy. But we don?t want the path of violence.? Mr Sitoula added that they would hold discussions with senior Maoists.

Opinion: This is a example of untrustworthy Nepali Congress which lead by B. P. Koirala and Girija Koirala. These people are traitor and untrustworthy to Nepal and Nepalese people from the beginning. These people carries Indian corrupted gens in their blood.

Yesterday, Girija Koirala was first democratic prim-minister of Nepal. He started a corruption in Nepal government and he broke Nepali Congress into two parties.
He give a birth of maoist and he against with them. He colabrate with UML-CPN.

He did not and do not want United Nation mediator for peace. He told that he can do peace negociation with maoist. But he doesn't have any gutts.

He was 100% against the King and his actions. He kick out Deuba and Krishna from Nepal congress party. He wants to be powerful, he wants to be decision maker and he wants prime-minister position what so ever happen to party or Nepal. He does not care at all.

Do you have any evidence to corroborate that what nice mentioned above is only a figment of his/her imagination, nothing more? Like some oldie Congress leader's son told me, " Khali ti koirala ka swasnimanche haru le matrai jail gaeka hun ra, hamri ama pani gaiki thien, dukha bhogin." " Tara aja nam khali tinai koirala haru ko matra cha."

I have many proofs on how Nepali Congress has twisted and turned the history of Nepal to serve its own purpose. If we believe them, 2007 saal happened because of BP and 2046 came because of his bro GP. Anyway, most of us believe the former story.

Nepal's democracy failed because both in 2007 saal and 2046 saal, it came not as a result of internal consensus and bargaining between the domestic players involved but because of extrenal pressure. That's why it failed.

Democracy failed because there was always that "tarwaar" of Monarchy hanging. Once we get rid of the "tarwaar" Democracy will prevail.

Why the democracy failed in Nepal ?
