Either Rock rules or Hiphop..Rock is as good as hiphop and vice verse but nether of two can rule..Its all personal choice....I can see Rock as bunch of band just making some heavy noise and i can see Hiphop as bunch of people trying to make fun of other, using dirty words etc..So people don't get it wrong of saying Rock rules or Hiphop...In what sense , one of these rules....lemme know

If you don't like a cetrain genre of music, you don't have to listen to it. But don't bash a certain genre just because of ignorance. Hip Hop and Rock goes way back in the past and share the same root-Jazz. Hip-hop is not just about rapping and what you see in mainstream media like MTV and VH-1. There are lots of underground artist who have contributed a lot to the whole music world.
Hip hop is actually very complex and have inherited lots of drums from various tribes from africa to jamaica to American south. Hip hop started the DJ culture, which itself evolve into different genre of sound that incorporates electronic music such as Trance, Jungle, Drum n Bass, Breakbeat, House, Techno, Downtempo, Acid, etc. etc.

All I am saying is that have RESPECT to all and don't go around bashing just because its not your taste. We are evolving and so it Music.
