Missed this thread, so decided to bring it back to life.

Dear thread,
I am a murderer. I have committed the greatest sin. I have killed. Not for pain, not for pleasure, neither in self-defense, it was purely accidental. I didn't mean to. It was a MISTAKE. We had even become friends, he had been living in my room for 2 hours. Don't know where he came from. I had nicknamed him Monty. So as I was trying to vaccuum the room, he came on my way and alas got killed. I acknowledge it, I am a murderer, I killed my dear Monty DA mosquito ;)

Its 6:05 pm and I am thinking of ways to make up for the sin I committed! Any suggestions???????

meera, you deserve to be punished. Don't know where you are writing from, but if I was the judge, my judgement would be: to be swatted till death, yes, by a mosquito squasher. You just can't kill an innocent mosquito minding his own business in cold blood! By the way, how do you know it was HE? You didn't in any way try to abuse the poor thing sexually, did you? If so, you deserve captial punishment for the twin capital offences of sexual assault and murder. And does anyone out here know the adress of the 'mosquito rights protection group'? I am going to have to report this gruesome act by Meera.

The Janakpur ko train finally started moving, or so I have been told. The train apparently had 4 To Do lists, so in one of those lists he neatly wrote, "Need to put the to do lists together."

This morning, when the train woke up, he was relieved. Not that he had finished what he had to do, but now there was a place where everything that needed to be done--ranging from sending Thank You notes to registering for the GRE-- was put together.

The train has been moving more slowly than ever before. There are stops in between (distractions, he calls them). The newly-started facebook.com, birthday organizers, and plaxo something are some of the distractions. Of course, there are other distractions, some of which have been haunting the train for a few months now.

The doctor told the train the other day not to consume "the fuel." Worried about his health, the train decided to follow the prescription. One Sunday morning, the train was quoted as saying on Saturday when he was high: "I found a loophole in the doctor's prescription. He didn't tell me not to smoke."
