I heard news about Trump's proposal for International students. One of them was not being able to stay longer without visa. Will this actually happen? I am a student and he also wants end TPS. What are the options. Please share your knowledge or suggestions.

If Trump wins, TPS is officially ending and Nepali people are expected to leave by March 5th 2021. 

Actually tps has already ended for 5 countries including Nepal. Nepal’s case was was just hanging . Looks like its all over .

In most countries visas are not permission to stay in country, they are simply permission to travel to that country and seek entry. The immigration who lets you in decides how long you are going to stay. So as long as you are within the period of stay allowed to you, you are good. The validity of the visa does not matter. 

Sexy in sari and Keyser, I understand there are people like you guys who are over confident and inconsiderate. I usually ignore comments like this. But I want to say to sexy in sari that I know what I am asking and you should mind your own business. If you have nothing good to say then shut up. You guys have no manners and your parents didn't teach you. It was a simple question. No one is asking to live illegally or something like that. We all try to better our future like you guys do. If you have a green card then I am sure you did something to get it, except sleeping with people or without being a model ???? You should keep your bitterness and jealousness within yourself and focus on yourself.

Well then what is there to worry about? Just make sure you get your thing done in time or will have to keep extending visa to stay longer if needed. This does not mean you cannot be here. You know its not easy to get things in time and this administration is making harder unless u have something to alot of money or be hot models..

Some people look like they are in denial. No one is asking to reply or visit a forum. Some people think They know everything but clearly they are filthy louts with bitterness. Why some people in Sajha are so jealous?? They think they are “educated” when they don’t have a decency to talk politely.

Explore life! I am a US citizen. My first wife got her green card through me. Just remember there is no perfection, just improvements. Live your life to the fullest! Give all you got, that is only thing in our hands! You will figure it out!

All these ones saying this is valid change and to accept it...wouldn't have got their gc if this administration were to purposed all their rules for the immigration.
To those who keep saying this happens is every country well its not..visa is for entry only and does not decide your duration of stay.
