I have a situation. May be some of the people here might have been through the same situation. I did my marketing from Consultancy A. To avoid the CAP GAP I kept consultancy A as my employer from Day 1 of OPT. My marketing went on and on. Then came time to extend my STEM OPT so i used Consultancy A. Waited for my OPT card but by the time I received by card, i got the job from consultancy B. In the mean time with the fear of additional hassel for paperwork I did not mentioned it to my school or updated my employer information to school. Now, school has some forms needed to be submitted in timely basis 6mths, and 12 mths and so on, I cannot use Consultancy A. Aba would school create a issue after i update my employer information. It says have to update employer information within 10 days. Kasaiko yesto bhako cha ?

update the school as normal. IRS doesnt share information with other agencies unless ordered by a court. Wait couple days and then start the usual 6 month, 12 month process.

Thank you Maxpayne for the prompt reply. The issue here is I do not have contact with Consultancy A whatsoever. And in the change of employer form for school, there is a section where it states Last Date when I worked for previous employer which is A. And in other section where new employer B comes in. When employment started. Which started like 3 mths back. I talked with employer B which is stupid consultancy, they said the date has to be when I started working. Dimag kharab hanyo.

Oye Joe, I didnt get one thing.. where did you find me posting all the nonsense when someone is asking for the suggestion? I didnt really get the first thing you mentioned in this comment. So check the person first then start accusation.. Its nothing here to do about what i do here or what you do. I have not commented anything nonsense in your posts. I believe the only post I commented was the Nepali getting accused of rape. So do you think that post is about someone asking for help ? Or I should post some suggestion on there..
