I have nothing against hard working immigrants, but how long it will these liberal state with accept the fact that almost all neplease asylum seekers are fakers. This is the exact reason Donald trump is top in polls. I would love to see hard working Mexican who is here for tens of years get GC then these fake asylum seekers from all over world , they are much more American then all these fakers.

@Smriti, if you plan on staying here and have no options, just do it. Apply for asylum ASAP. Otherwise, if you can, change to F1 (provided its for some STEM fields). But dont change to F1 for the sake of maintaining a status.

@smriti ...I would also make sure to file the asylum from a liberal state like CA ...hear its much easier there. You will meet people there who can help you with the filing process as well.
Cost of living is expensive there but people are doing it so I assume it can be done. I hear a lot of people there drive UBER for a living ...its an easy money that you can do it in your own time.

Nepal is crap not because of people who oppose someone doing wrong shit, it's crap because people don't raise voise against people who are fakers. The day people start refusing their family, firend , neighbor and relatives who gets rich by collecting bribes , Nepal will be a lot better place.
