I was about to start this thread. Thanks ramprashadneupane jifor this.
He is directly advertising service which is illegal to US government. One day he might get in trouble and put all in trouble.
I do support that process and he might be good on that but I am against this kinda advertisement every week on sajha.
And of course he is not doing it for free then why he is not paying SAN dai for ads?
I have seen so many people doing this work on basis of words of mouth, because they know if it leaks then it will be huge problem.
Last year whole Chinese ring was busted for this.
So helpnepal dude , keep it quiet and secrect.

How is advertising legal service to help someone file asylum or deal with immigration related issues illegal? (unless Sajha.com has a privacy policy where services cannot be advertised in posting. this is just violation of Sajha policy)

@nepasider, yes its illegal to help them on writing story and making papers. Speciallly if they are not even lawyers.
