lolz @ eutaby.....wrong answer. :)
The correct answer is the man looks at both guards and asks them "If i were to ask the other to point to the door to safety, which door will he point to?.". Both will point to the door to death. So the man takes the door the guards dont point at . :)

Riddle bro is correct. :) Congrats!.
1)Electric trains do not produce steam.
2)After putting one egg, the basket is not empty anymore.
Here is another one.
A man is leaving home to catch a plane for business purpose. The regular night watchman
stops the man and says, "Sir i had a dream last night. The plane that you are to travel
on crashed and everyone on board died." The man was superstitious and thus cancelled the
flight. Sure enough the plane did crash and everyone on board died. The man was very
thankful to the watchman. So the next day, the man called the watchman, gave him 5000 bucks
and fired him.
Now why would he fire him?

A king has 4 prisoners about to be sentenced to death. But he decides to give them a chance.
He asks the 4 to line up in a single file. The shortest person A is at first. The tallest B is
in second. The third person C slightly shorter than B is third. And the last one D, who is slightly
shorter than C. They cannot talk to each other.
A can see noone.
B can see A.
C can see only B.
D can see B and C.
The king takes 2 black hats and 2 white hats and puts one on each. He then asks the prisoners to guess
the colour of their hat telling them that there are 2 black and 2 white hats. HE says if one person gets
it right, they all live. If one person gets it wrong, they all die.
For 5 minutes, the prisoners are quiet. Then one of the prisoner makes a correct guess and they are all
set free. So who gets it correct?. And how?.

It doesn't really matter what A wears.
Two Cases:
1.
A: Red
B: Black
C: Black
D: Red
D can tell he is wearing Red cap since he can see B and C wearing Black caps.
2.
A: Black
B: Black
C: Red
D:Red
D can't be the one to tell what he is wearing because he doesn't see A and B and C have different colors. However, since D is not speaking out, C knows he can't have the same cap as of B, (or it would be case 1), so he answers the opposite of what B is wearing-- in this case Red.

Congrats @ slackdemic bro, you are correct. The answer is option 2. Option 1 cannot be the answer, otherwise D would have said something soon enough. Since D kept quiet for 5 minutes, C got the correct answer.
Nice to go through the old Sajha post.

If you take the same child as the reference point in counting, the answer is 24.

The 18th child and the 7th child are facing each other. So, there are 18-7 = 11 children in half the circle, 22 in the full circle.

A man's neighbor lies a lot. In fact, he only tells the truth on one day a week!. One day he told, "I lie on Mondays and on Tuesdays." The next day he said, "Today is either Thursday, Saturday or Sunday." the next day he said, " I lie on Wednesdays and Fridays. " On which day of the week does his neighbor tell the truth? Think............
