hello friends iam on f1 visa i  got a ticket for selling beer to minor and it was a misdemeanor and i got fingerprinted by police later.....i hired a lawyer and pleaded not guilty and iam planning to visit home country did anyone came back to US safely at port of entry and got H1 visa stamping successfully....anyone one with same situation share ur expeiences plz.......

Why you worried about H1 if you are in F1?go see your family and always check id . J hola soi tarega....ain't nothing you could do about it.

From what i know.. its going to be a trouble. not a personal experience but someone close to me had the same situation.

If your case was dismissed, you will be just fine. However, just carry your court documents with you, you might have to explain.

 @all the way:   ya the case got dismissed and i pleaded NOT guilty...wil they ask did u work off campus on f1 visa?

 if case is dismissed iwth you pleading not guilty..you are not convicted..if you are not convicted..its not in your records....not in records means u know....GOOD NEWS

 but when iam fingerprinted at port of entry the arrest will show up......
