I am so sick and tired of friends asking me to send iphones from here. They dont realize how much it costs here and they think dollars grow in tree. I have said big NO to most of them, but I cant say no to my cousins and sisters. My pal is leaving for Nepal so just wondering how many iphones can he take to Nepal? He is taking about 9-10 phones this time. Is that going to be problem for him? How many can he carry with him and how many can he carry in his luggage? Does he have to pay any customs? Any ideas? Any frequent travelers? Thanks in advance.

9-10 Ihpone would be too much. Thats around 7-8K. I heard that NT is planning to sell IPhone for 15K , I dont know the terms tough. Ask them to check with Nepal Telecom,

He can, but it all depends on his luck. He may get lucky or may be asked to pay tax or bribe by a custom officer. Its not wise to send more than 2-3 phones at once.
