The voice quality was awesome when i tried it fro the first time. But, since its a Singaporean company, how safe is it to provide our credit card info to buy more minutes? I do not see that its been verified by any fraud monitoring agencies.

I had used Nonoh.net before which was one of the European companies. A month after i had a transaction with them, i saw my credit card being charged off random stuffs (almost worth upto $1000). So, i am kind a skeptic about callforeign as well.
