>> Sathi haru ,
Next time grocery shopping garda dhyan dinu hola. Grocery store ma bakers only supply breads 5 days a week. And on each day they pack breads with different colors of plastic tag which are as follows:
Monday:Blue
Tuesday:Green
Thursday: Red
Friday:White
Saturday: Yellow
Bakers dont bake bread on wednesday and Sunday.
So, if you go to the grocery store on thursday, you dont wanna buy bread having white plastic color tag, kina ki its already 1 week old.
And, by plastic closure I mean sth like this in the picture. It may be colored twisted wires also.

They do specify till when the bread is good to use, dont they? So, does it really matter?

Be careful!!! When you see a bread wrapped in a blue color plastic on Tuesday, it might be 1, 8, 15 or 22 days old.
