Sathi-haru: Is it difficult to change from a visitor visa to a student visa while you are here in US ( by applying and getting I-20 when you are here in US as a visitor) ?? Thank you for your help in advance.

Yes you can. Get I-20, fill up change of status form, show sufficient funds for the fees and stay and apply. Simple!!
