साथीहरु, आज फुर्सदको दिन पारेर चाइनिज मार्केट गएको थिए। त्याहाँ केराको बुंगो देख्दा झलझली गाउँमा बुंगोको अचार खाएको सम्झे। मुखबाट पानी आयो र मन थाम्न नसकेर एउटा बुंगो किनेर लेराए। अब समस्या के पर्यो भने मलाई यो बुंगोको अचार कसरी बनाउने हो केही ज्ञान छैन। नेपालमा फोन गरेर सोधु भने पनि सबै सुतिसके। त्यसैले साझाको यो चौतारीमा आफ्नो बिचार बाड्ँनुहुने मित्रहरु मध्ये कसैलाई यसको तरिका थाहा छ कि भनेर गुहार लागाँउदै छु। कृपया कसैलाई थाहा छ भने यहाँ बताई सहयोग गरिदिनुहुन बिनम्र अनुरोध गर्दछु। धन्यवाद!

Achhar is combination of salt , pepper and amilo. Skin it, keep the part you think is soft enough to eat. Boil it then dice it as your have seen back home. Now add all ingredient you could think of and available to you. Use Til for chhop. It will be a trail and error for success.

Bungo ko matra hudaina sathi, You will need usineko aaloo. Peel the Bungo and bahira ko chippyeko falne, kalilo lai usinne, ani aaloo pani usinne. bungo lai katne, aaloo lai musne, ani khorsani, noon, amilo, beshar halera molne... aaba tel tatayera (methi, jeera, rato khursani) halne, ali ali dadaune ani achar ma halne, ani Til ko chop ni halne, sabai halera molne ani mitho aachar khane... Let us know how it turns out. BTW: Nepal ko jasto Bungo (masino kera ko) yaha hudaina so Nepal ko taste chai aaudaina.
