Looking for a roomate starting 10/1 at woods ave. Its 600/mo including all utilities (heat+elec+cable internet).
About the apmt:
- all hard wood floors
- large sunny living room with adjoining dining area
- clean eat in kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal
- free laundry and storage in basement
- easy on-street parking (no permit req)
- quiet neighborhood
- close to Whole Foods, FoodMaster, Starbucks, DD
- mins away from Route 2 and 93
- all season front and back porch

bedroom is about 11 X 14 ( i think....havent measured it exactly but
pretty decent size that will defintiely fit bed/table/dressers)
- 5 mins bus ride to Davis Square T and near Clarendon Hill bus station.
