Although I am target to graduate this fall, my visa is expiring this summer. I am also going to nepal this summer and planning on extending my student visa. My problem is that i have been working off campus for a while without a work permit and was wondering if they look at your SSN during the visa process? Does anyone know anything about this?? Has anyone been denied a visa because of unauthorized work?? I know i shouldn't be going to nepal but my mind is set on it.
