Hi; Previously some one posted this , Water light http://www.wimp.com/waterlight/ I could not under stand about the bleach part. Any one has tried it?? I would like to promote in my house and village. thank you.

I the movie he adds water in the bottle and caps with film container on the top of the bottle cap. He is talking about the bleach. What is the role of bleach and how it is used, is my question. No help ?
