I don't think newars can come up with armed revolution. They never did in the history... they prefer eating CHHOLA to fighting war.. that's how they lost to PN Shah.. and now to Maoists.. Maoists are nicely screwing newars in the KTM with that 12- 18 hrs of load shedding. It's so dark that newars don'tr even know who is screwing them from behind..

What are these limbuwan gurungs and so on are talking..

They are the ones who were used by Maoists to kill 15,000 people... they cannot lead, they can only follow... so their struggle for separate region or whatever will not materialize as well.

surprsingly, bahun chettri ppl  think the reason for these revolt is to chase them away or alienate them. but it is not. world history suggests people r more aligned to ethno-nationality; in the context of nepal all these races and caste r not mere surnames they carry value, identity n cultures n people tend to get attach to it more than aything. looking at our history after the modern nepal was formed its constitution and systems were not favourable and didnt represent whole lot of its population of which we can now see the counter affects building up. maoists exactly exploited this very situation to create its sympathiser n most importantly its manpower readily to take up arms n fight for the cause. these r one of the real domestic problem to b solved affectively including poverty, education n other basic living stuff.  we hav to accept the differences among us n respect to b respected.

n dont throw ur hypocrisy brother, wat makes only bahun chettris an efective ruler n us not, hav seen enough of their competencies in ruling n leading nepal for past 250 years. although, i dont favour violence but it is one of the least alternatives ppl r compelled to choose. how does it make nepal a goner if its population of more than 60 percent, includes dalits n madhesis, demands for thier rights n fair representation in gov??? never undestood these logic....

The current load shedding can not attributed to the government at all. We all know what happened to Koshi barrage. So u r totally wrong on that.  As for the Magar, Rai, Limbu, Gurung and other Mongloids not being able to lead is  bullshit. It is outright racist comment. Is Subash Nembang not a leader? How about defence minister Ram Bahadur Thapa 'Badal' ? If an individual has talent, they can be leaders whether u r Mongloid or Aryan. As far as I know, when those oppressed classes look for their rights, that should not be misunderstood as chasing away  Brahmins and Chhetris. Agreed, some of the low-level workers might have worked on that theory. Overall, that is not the strategy.They just want their share of representation in the bureaucracy and the government. Wasn't that the idea of 'Loktantra' anyways? Having said that, I am not in favor of communal violence at all. Believe me the issue is not as bad as u think.
