Usually, you should have >= 3.0 to get admited to grad school. But I know few people who were able to talked them into admission...
so..talk to them.

i am talking about, if i graduate from a certain university and go back to the same univ for masters.... do they look at my gpa or just simply my degree for enrollment..

No They don't. They let you get into Master's program even if you failed all your undergraduate courses, provided you stick to the same school.
