After having gone through what you have, you can choose to be complacent and forget the whole ordeal.
OR you can choose to take action.
It was YOUR money, YOUR time, YOUR patience and YOUR peace that was violated by Zen because of what they did or did not do to you.
It is now time to fight back. Not vendetta. Just justice.
Nepali people, and I see quite a lot of them, are very reluctant to speak publicly against another Nepali whose ineptitude causes us so much distress. If it was a non-Nepali (either buyer or seller), there would be some action. VP takes oath in Hindi, and there are riots. Zen rips you off. No action.
As a buyer or customer, you have certain rights. ARE you ready to fight back?
