Mr. Nepali Traveller,

After having gone through what you have, you can choose to be complacent and forget the whole ordeal.

OR you can choose to take action.

It was YOUR money, YOUR time, YOUR patience and YOUR peace that was violated by Zen because of what they did or did not do to you.

It is now time to fight back. Not vendetta. Just justice.

Nepali people, and I see quite a lot of them, are very reluctant to speak publicly against another Nepali whose ineptitude causes us so much distress. If it was a non-Nepali (either buyer or seller), there would be some action. VP takes oath in Hindi, and there are riots. Zen rips you off. No action.

As a buyer or customer, you have certain rights. ARE you ready to fight back?

Many nepali businesses do not understand that in the US there is such a thing as accountability. If you take money for a service you are held accountable for any backlash your service produces. Nepali traveller I read your posting and I can't imagine the trouble you went through at the airport. Travelling itself is a big hassle even if everything goes right. If things go wrong way from the beginning that's just terrible. On top of that they took your luggage and all, must have been hell trying to figure out where your luggage was specially since you could only leave after 5 days.

I have read zen travels postings in sajha before I am sure they must be reading this. Where is your accountability?

We have only heard only one side of the story that is Mr Nepali Traveller's account. We also need a representative defending Zen's grounds.

I think the alleged victim should take this matter to an affordable circuit court (or whatever they call it), argue the case in court and settle it. The verdict of the dispute should be posted here on Sajha so that the would-be future Zen patrons can fairly decide whether or not to use the agency's service.

These days Nepali businesses can be boosted or bankrupted because of blogospheres like Sajha or similar ones.

Peace :)

Hyde
