Yetro asylum..

Haven't you heard? Nepal is a People's Democratic Republic now. Either your middle name must be Bir Bickram, last name Shah Dev (high chance of getting asylum), or you are just nuts (lucky to be in Canada, or anywhere else for that matter).

Mister, that was a genuine suggestion. Look at your own probability of getting asylum status. On WHAT ground? You are risking your stay in Canada.

My suggestion for you is this - find a way to go to US and stay there, somehow get GC.

Good Luck.

By the way, if you really need genuine suggestions, seek professional help (lawyers, HR groups, etc... not sajha)

My observation is that Canada gives away asylum to pretty much anyone asking for it. Good luck.

SAhi ke hola,

Canada is preety lenient abut asylum cases, try to contact local non-profit orgs for help. You should have your way from there...

.now once you get ur residency, Please hunt down this little bastard called AXARA and bang on his head....he should learn how to shut up all his holes..

and AXARA..thanks for the GC advise, i am guessing your father own a printing press, you just go and print one huh...

No unknown_guy, Axera's pop don't have a printing machine. I am guessing he is also in process for Asylum in Canada. He is trying to discourage others to lessen the competetion.

Hope you did not fly through the US on your way to Canada or stay in US for a few days before going to Canada. If you did stay in US before entering Canada, please do NOT file for asylum in Canada, as I do not want a Nepali being sent to a US immigration detention center and rot there without anyone's knowledge.

The two countries have such an agreement and that's been a hassle for lot of asylum seekers in Canada.

But if you did not stay in US before entering Canada, all the best!

Kailo
