Guys, I am tired of looking at the status "Case received and pending",what about u?I just heard uscis is processing by the batch number. Batch number is the 3 middle number in your receipt number..Example: my receipt number is WAC-08-147-XXXXX..Here 147 is the batch number.If your case is processed in california please mention your batch number and mention your status, so we can estimate by when our case goona be updated? I heard currently they are processing batch number 143 and 144...well please feel free to share here and even the guys who got h1b approval, we will appreciate if u mention your batch number and date of approval!..Peace!

My batch number is 144 and the status is "Case Received and Pending". One of my friend had the batch number 148 and his case has already been approved. Both cases were filed at Vermont. However, his was under general and mine is under Masters.

Zee.., I have a small suggestion. U can sign up with USCIS website to receive emails update. Thats what I did. I have signed up with them and any changes or anything in my case, i get emails, not only for this H1B, but did for my OPT too. However, I go once in a while just to make my heart feel good to their website to chacek my status..I understnd ur restlessness too...
