I agree with Anthonly!
Plus, my take would be..
1. Protest and inquire against USCIS and email your inquiries to uscis.webmaster@dhs.gov
National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283 (TTY 1-800-767-1833).

(Pls. correct me cuz my reasoning may be biased)..
most of you who have invested your time, money and effort in comming to the US attaining IT bachelors degrees. Average 75% have to spend going back to school just to maintain your status, or getting masters degree which is also uncertain in the commin 2/3 yrs.
On the other hand, foreign national with 4 yrs. of foreign degree have the same privelage as you folks. If this were the case, it would be cost effective to go back and get 4 years degree and file for H1b from home country rather.
2. USCIS should allocate a quota for each country. Last year, 25,000 H1bs were issued to InfoSys of India alone. This means 33% of the H-1b quota were filled by one signe company and a singel nation.
This issue needs to be addressed to USCIS now before its too late.
