Me also looking for H1 jobs. As im a Chartered Accountant and University Graduate with more than 4 years solid Accounting / Finance experiance. Currently im in London, but Im not sure how to apply for H1 jobs. Im visiting New York in last week of January and Im  keen to start this process ASAP. 

I know must of you guys came USA in student visa studied there and changed your visa status. I think this experience is very much helpful for us. Please share your experience. I know googling all these will give some technical know how about H1 but doesnt tell about the fact how Immigrants gets H1 and how to approach the employer who normally sponsor for H1.

please guys, share your experience.

Mine will be filed this Apr. Let me know if you want to go through Dhoti consultancy in SAS. 60K start. I am working for MKT BI for a very reputed company. Cant promise where you will land, but as of now I think this is the way to get into business fields. I am looking at a Data Analyst position then further up towards management.

The consultancy that I am referring is somewhat unique. You don't have to leave your current job till you get trained and placed. I didn't got trained with this company and as a result I was not working for 5 months, and that was very frustrated. However, if I had this option, I would have gone for it.

Its used my all banks ( big and small), retail and manufacturing industry, big schools, and also in most clinical trials if you have a psyc or medical background. The nearest competitor is SPSS which has less then 25% of the market.
