do u know why + is needed?how u verify that i reaches destination cell or not.

+ is 00xxx xxxxxxx that is the international format to make call.if you call to us its 001 xxxx xxxxx or in your mobile it come like +1 xxxxxx

Ok + sign chahinu ko kaaran chai its because of syntax or lets say a format.. and to know if your message was reached to the person.. you should first eable the delivery status in your mobile..

Mobile ko message settyings maa Report delivery bhanne option huncha tyasma tick lagaye pachi or tyo chane pachi you can get the information every time you send the message..

message pathuney ani ek chhin pachhi tehi manchhey lai phone garera sodhney ni..text message payeko ho ki haina bhanera..ha..ha.Just Kidding!!!

there is websms service for ntc mobile, you need to have an active internet account with nepal telecom for it, you can visit www.ntc.com.np and websms for detailed information.
