If India and Nepal agree to 'separate' Madhesh as a nation-state, what would be the boundary of Madhesh?

Bear in mind, I am just looking for 'nation-state' boundary, if it can ever happen.

Another important thing about the portion of the land demanded by the Medhesi is thats where most of resources like iron, coal, flow of Nepals vast water and oil is located. The thing that is happenining in terai is bull shit, this is just India flexing its muscles using the Madhesi so they can control the resources. We will see in just few years.

Exactly, had they been asking for Mithila rajya, then it would include as south as end of bihar. This would mean that if they are separates as separate state, they will join themselves with the bihar and jharkhand.

Any madhises disagree with this? Speak up. enlighten us.

Fedralism is what many madheshi people are looking forward to. And it is correct paradigm of governance given the alarming lack of trust of one community on other.

As of nation-state... that is too far-fetched, while european nation-states are coming together as EU, there is no specific benifit by creating nation-states.

Nepal has huge diversity given the area it has. It will be difficult to define proper nation-states in this context.
