Bokeshwore,

Traveling with e-tickets to Ktm and back to the US is perfectly fine. I have done that several times with no problems.

Have fun!

Even I have e-ticket to kathamndu for Feb and I am wondering too. I have never tried e-ticket before for international flights. I read some website that says its more convenient. But please share your experience if you have travelled with e-ticket.
Thanks,

I've never travelled to Nepal on e-ticket. SimpleGal, what did you show to the Cops who stand near Ring Road to let you drive up to the airport? Did they just look at you itenerary and let you drive up?

I just flew back on Gulf air. Those manpower agencies should really train our fellow Nepalese workers how to use the toilet on the plane, they were doing it all over the floor. :-(

Hey what's your problem? without sharing in detail regarding your eticket, nobody can advise you. I donot know what's your problem? Go to the airport and deal with the concerned airlines employees, it will be sloved. why you waste time on small particular subject
I have an idea what you need to have information regarding eticket let me know

Except...when I was returning.
Guy at Gulf Air counter was rude and Full of inferiority complex. As he looked at my etickets, he stared at me for a fraction of a second. I had 2 pcs of luggages. first was 24 kg and another 25.5. He immediately told me to take dedh kilo out from my second luggage. I told him I have a gulf air frequent flyer card and I am allowed to carry 10kg extra luggage. Instead of explaining me..those 10 kilos are only valid if my Final destination was UK9I came to know this later).. he said(his excact word) tapai ma sanga debate garnu huncha bhane yas bata pani 1kg jhiknus. 145 dollar lagcha. He also asked me to weigh my cabin luggage. Which was 12kgs(with my laptop bag attached to it). He said I am not allowed to carry that much weight as cabin baggage. I told him ..well then I will seperate these two . He said no.. Je jasari bhaye pani I had to pay $145 extra for nothing.
I had just written to Gulf Air about all these.. Reply yet to come.
I will post their reply.

I did not have any issue with e-ticket. It was fine as paper ticket. I felt e-ticket more convevient as even if you misplace your ticket you always have your copy online and print it anytime. and I read somewhere in gulf air website that by the end of 2007, all tickets will be issued as e-ticket.

Hope this helps.
