Congratulations on your purchase of a DVD camcorder. Unfortunately, you cannot uploade your videos to YouTube from your camera. Here's what you need to do. (Before I proceed, make sure your video is less than ten minutes long and is not over 100 meg - That's youtube's requirement). 1. Upload your movie from your camera to your hard drive. 2. Using a movie making software (If you don't have that, use Windows movie maker) make the movie. 3. Save the new movie on your hard drive. 4. Now upload it on youtube, assuming you're already a member. If not sign up. That's all there is to it. And if you have movies that are more than ten minutes and over 100 meg, you can always use the video.google.com. Download google movie uploader...

When you camera is connected to your computer, go to 'My computer' and see if it shows up there. If it doesn't, you may have to load the driver... If it does, on windows movie maker, click on "Campture from video device".. That's where you start, if you already haven't done so.

Windows movie maker will not support DVD format so first change the file to mpg, avi, mpeg etc. then create your movie. Cheers
