Rijal_s I don't know how the case with Joshi and Khadga was prosecuted, but political prosecution is a very slippery slope and it would be very interesting to see what kind of charges, if any, are brought against the King. And how many of those charges actually stick through the trial. If you recall, the Supreme Court threw out cases againts Kamal Thapa and other ministers and I remain skeptical that the King can be sucessfully prosecuted untill I actually read the charges. If the charges are as flimsy as those against Kamal Thapa, Rameswh nath Pandey et al, there is a good chance these charges might meet the same fate.

Yes, except the chances of charges being brought the King are much higher, from what I have heard, than any time in the past. But, like I said, I won't believe it till I see it.
