Hindus organize protest rallies Kathmandu, 31 May: Hindu organizations all around the nation have come down to the streets in different parts of the country protesting the parliamentary announcement that declared Nepal a secular state, writes Nawa Swatantrata weekly. These organizations stated that they have played a great role for the success of recent people’s agitation but the government of seven-party not only betrayed the people of Nepal but also the Hindu people all around the world by declaring Nepal as a secular state which was once the only Hindu nation, the pride of all Hindu followers. The irate Hindu organizations of Nepal have also alleged the seven-party for uniting with the foreign nations in the conspiracy, they also warned the government to apologize and take back the following declaration or the nation will witness a dreadful agitation that will wipe away the existence of seven-party from Nepal. Apparently, the Muslim community of Birgunj has also protested demanding for re-declaration of Hindu state. They stated that their religion was safe when Nepal was a Hindu state as the Hindu had been conserving the Muslim community too without any religious discrimination but now the nation is more likely to get trapped under religious riots. Similarly, Lalkrishna Aadwani, opposition leader in the Indian parliament also demanded for the restoration of Hindu state. Shivasena (Balthakrey) is also planning to send its tens and thousands of fighters for the restoration of Hindu state in Nepal. Gorakhpur’s Mathadish also created uproar at the lower house of the Indian parliament demanding for the re-declaration of Hindu state in Nepal. People’s News/KDB

They do not believe in morality, honesty and sincerety too. hahaha have you ever seen Girija bajey going to a temple????? What value will Girija bajey have for hinduism? What knoledge will Girija have for any religion to respect any ? hahahha secular state??????? hahah

amrit joshi and imi ... they are tweedeldum and tweedeldee of sajha. they make very good bed fellows too ... at least as far as their ideologies go. the Hindu fundamentalists did not spare Mahatma Gandhi, Mr. Narayan Pokharel ....of course they're going to hit at everybody in their way. This is really the last shot of a dying man! Muslims for "Hindu State" ... well certainly these have been engineered by the royalists and fundamentalists. They are not above engineering massacres of innocent peoples to prove a point or two ... In a day and age when even Madhesis are demanding not jus for a "secular state" but also "poshak nirpechha" state, we know the hindu fundamentalists are a minority. they must seething with anger at the recent proclamation to provide 33% reservation to women as well as the right of citizenship under mother's name. patriarchy's grip is loosening. Fundamentalist Orgs and Individuals' grip is loosening. Funny that even Nepal Television was broadcasting live this speech by this lady where she talked about Christianity and Adam and Eve.... and over half the faces in the audience were Aryan looking. The times they are a changing! Pretty soon the likes of Amrit Joshi the buffoon and his bedfellow Imi will soon become walking antiques!!!

I HAVE RIGHT TO SAY WHAT I BELIEVE IN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO ACCUSE ME !!!!!! U STARTED IT. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU AND ME : YOU SAY DISCRIMINATION EXISTED AND NOW THERE WOULD BE NO DESCRIMINATION JUST BY REMOVING TAG. I SAY YES THERE WERE SOME DESCRIMINATION IN SOCIAL CONTEXT NOT IN LAW BUT THERE WILL BE MORE DESCRIMINATION NOW. I SAY THERE WERE BETTER SOLUTIONS TO SOCIAL DESCRIMINATIONS THAN THIS BUT NO VISIONLESS LEADERS NEEDED ONE MORE ISSUE TO EXPLOIT.
