Maoist arrested in Banepa
Kathmandu , 1 June: Maoist Ajay Rai was arrested in Banepa in a raid on his house from where unaccounted money and property worth more than Rs 9.6 million was recovered, officials said.

Rai was behind the robbery of the Nabil Bank at Baudha Wednesday, police said.

Rai is a former Maoist platoon commander.

Yes, Kantipur reported that Ajay Rai is a FORMER Maoist who ran off with his weapons.

But the other half of the story Amrit Joshi clown forgets to mention is that the other person apprehended along with Ajai Rai - this Bhandari guy - is a former prahari hawaldar. It's not like only the former Maoists are stealing from the people - but also the vigilantes hired by the royalists to defame the Maoists as well as hoodlums posing themselves as Maoists. Of course, we've all heard about the cops in civilian clothes extorting money in the past. So really what's happening in Nepal is not so black and white as Amrit Joshi clown (who likes to sh_t all over Sajha) wants you to believe!
