This is what i think is going to happen in Nepal's future politics
I am no jyotis but just guessing,
The unconditional CA that Mao is demanding would not be granted by SPA as SPA is scared and they should be with ongoing activities.Hence the talks fail.After the talks fail .The country is back to square one.The Mao will start there war again.SPA has to do something mobilize army with same old generals.This time Army is not going to help SPA.So They cut a deal to make king more active.Girija dies and SPA is breaks .
fight for PM beginings in former SPAs...with same old consititution.. same old HOR.
Now ending of the story:back to the place of begining.

moral of the story:"hisaa budi khissa daat"

i have to agree with your predictions, the army will never really follow orders from the SPA and the Mao's will never accept the terms set my the SPA....
but history will show us that...
