Yes, we engoy and admire other's bold steps but most of us hide in the "musa ko dulo" when we are ourselves expected to contribute. That's why nothing has happened and is going to happen anytime soon to kick out cruel monarchy.

I see some action against or or mental torture to Himal Khabar soon becasue of this cartoon.

Rajesh KC's cartoons sometimes directly pinch to monarchy though not as risky as this one. Do you remember one cartoon in which Giraja was taking out a dead cow labeled as "monarchy" from a carbage container?

rajesh kc ko cartoon, whenever he pokes fun at monarchy, does not show the face of king directly k. it either shows a giant hand, or a giant feet, or something that automatically makes the reader think of this 'Big Brother', tara i dn't think ever since magh 19, any cartoonist has gone to this length. we alll abhor the monarchy, tara we love ourselves more haina ra.
himal khabar patrika huh? i just went to see the cartoon. this cartoon aside, i think himal khabar patrkia is the ONLY reliable newssource in nepal.i don't trust kantipur publications' nepal. u see these little taints of propoganda in there.
i don' think i have seen that cartoon that u mention. by teh way, are u only assuming himal will get into trouble because of this cartoon or do u have some real info?

lfc123, that cartoon was posted in some thread in Sajha. I don't know how to search it in Sajha, but maybe the keyword such as 'girija' might work.

Do you guys think that Paras seems so nervous in the above picture? He is making his hand fisted, sign of nervous ness, maybe feeling of sinness. In another picture came together in Nepalnews.com, he tried to grab the hand of that Japanese official so strongly.

Yes, this one is creative, but the first one is a rare example of boldness. I had not seen any such cartoon before this that directly attacks on royal family to this extent.

Nepalis have strong desire to travel to foreign countries. Whenever one big fat ass goes out, there will be dozens to go with him. It's both irony and necessity. These people whoever are with him are for money and get their face in the picture. However, Austrians could live without Parase. Why even those two are there?

Parase is taking rhino now. Soon, he will be all other animals too.
