I am planning on Graduation on May 2006. Like most of the future graduate, i too am looking for a job. It is hard to find a full time job on top if you are looking for full time job and a sponsership, that is a backbreaker and hopeless.
For some majors (technology) however there are Desi company who sponsers H-1. I am a computer science major and worst come worst i have to go work for them(Not my First choice).
My request to People who had or has work with them, Could you please share your experience? Like what to look for? What are the things you look for a better conultant? What are the things you ask them before you go join them? Also plz list the name of the Good consultants.

Hey dude most of the desi people are consultants making good money and they have a really good network in this field. They are very far a head from us. At the beginning you might struggle but you will be fine. Nepalese has started working as a consultant but not for a long time though. Once there will be a lot of neplease working as a consultant we can create our own network. Before you join any concultancy firm make sure they will provide you good training. There are a lot of consultancies in NJ but not all of them are good though. I can give you one link in Virginia which is not so great but not a bad one either I heard. WWW.ebsi.net

Again, anyone who are working with the consultant, plz let me know what sort of things you ask them before joining them to see if they are legitimate. Obviously the first thing would be the salary. I heard some of them do not apply for a green card.well that might be the second thing.

Do u guys have any idea on recruiting agents/consultants for Telecomm. Sector. Damn all the consultants i've come across are more into hardcore computer. Will really appreciate for the Info.
