I heard the singer is Japanese. Is she ?

yes this song has some lawsuits, in fact this whole album was under it.
but i'm not making profit from it, so i guess it's ok ;-)

I looked at the cover of album and it has no japanese name...
It doesn't give singer's name for each song but the following are the female names on the cover...
Shreya Sotang, Mausami Malla, Poonam Shrestha and Tshring Bhutiya

I don't know the situation now, but a few months ago, this video was banned in Nepal over some copyright issues.
