Wow!!! You gave us an xtremely tough choices to make an xtreme decision.

The reverse question for you is- do you prefer "STARS" or "Moon + SUN" ???

Well, the answer to your question, from RSVP is- Sunshine on my shoulder with the touch of lunar beauty, I want to shoot for the stars..... Is that possible???

Heck!! 50 k in Nepal means nothing there days.

Now, if I was getting more than 1 lakh a month with all those benefits( retirement savings plan, bonuses and job security) then I would take it easily. If not, its not worth it. You would be able to maintain a really high life style but for a long term it sucks...esp witht he violence..but again so must be the odds of getting shot in NY city.

But..if you have money..there is no place like home.:)

rephrase your question please_>

Rs. 1,50,000 per month + all social crap in Nepal = depression

or

$1,500 a month + free living anywhere else = YOUR LIFE

now do your math!!!!

Then again

Rs 0 in nepal + all social priviledges (from khardali to duarey) = Heaven

$ 100,000 per year in US + no family no social security = Suicidal

redo your math hehhehe

I would take 50K in Nepal.

USD 50k doesn't mean as much in US as u think. Specially if the place u live in has high cost of living (CA, NY, Chicago etc). 50K in Nepal isn't too much either, but that ain't a bad dough in a long run.
