he most effective and one the effcient ways of getting your groove back is by filing a lawsuit against the defendant in your home state court alleaging that the defendent has intruded into your "groove" and now has included it as a part of his groove. Now the burden of proof rests on you and not the defendent.
In case if the state court judge throws out your case you can file for appeal and ultimately to the supreme court of your home state. If your case is still thrown out you can go to the Federal Court and its decision can also be appealed.
By this stage the defendent will find it less costly to give your groove back than to fight the hoard of litigation and this is how you get your groove back.

nother way to get your groove back is by filing a complaint to State Trooper(State Police) of your home state or at your County Sheriff's Office in your County. Probablity is that your case might be handled as "felonly theft" by the designated cop dept.

I believe you must have had lost it enroute while driving on "Interstate 5" to Washington State from San Francisco. In this case there is no way you can get your groove back. Get a new one.
