we transferred your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number ....................., to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case.what that means any one know let me know plz Thank you

Everything is good, nothing is wrong and it means exactly what is says. The case was transferred to another office, which now has jurisdiction to make a decision on your case. Just wait for their decision.
