I love to hear from your experience, if some one has been through these situations. I am unmarried US citizen, I am confused about which one to go for between Fiance visa or spousal visa. I have read about the time frame and the cost and the process as well but just want to know. which one has abetter chances to get a visa aproval for a Nepalese citizen and why? Love to hear from you guys ... Thank you for going through my questions Yatri 101

Not sure about Fiancée visa but Spousal is guaranteed if you provide all required docs and its very quick if you are a US citizen. Good luck!
