They can ask you anything(Per my Lawyer while I was preparing for the interview) but for me they asked questions directly out of the I -485 form but this was before the Executive Order by the rastapati

It's not necessary that you'd get a call for GC interview. In my case, I didn't have to face interview. I received a letter saying that my I-485 has been approved. It was a while ago. I don't know who gets or who doesn't get sorted for interview. Is it random? I don't know.
