What is the average price for fairly new 4 bedroom single family house in Dallas area? I am planning to move there. It is very expensive in Northen Virginia area where I live.
For 4 bedroom fairly new house is about 700K which is beyond my capacity.

Northern Virginia is overrated , you get old ugly town Holmes for $500k . North worth it ! Ton of old folks with DV own that area.

Dallas , Austin , North Carolina are some hot spots right now. North Carolina probably a better option if you're in Northern Virginia right now . Cary, Morrisville , RTP area feel like Northern Virginia , lots of transplants have moved into that area !

Raleigh , especially the Triangle Area is booming left and right . All the young generations moving into that area. Lots of jobs (biotech , IT) . If you're in research , science , biotech , SAS jobs , look no further , there ain't no better place then Triangle ! In my opinion.
