Nepal's earthquake disaster: Two years and $4.1bn later
Despite the billions pledged, the majority of Nepalis affected by the earthquake still don't have proper housing.
http://www.aljazeera.com/indepth/opinion/2017/04/nepal-earthquake-disaster-years-41bn-170412110550808.html

"Two years after a series of earthquakes devastated Nepal, barely 5 percent of the destroyed houses have been rebuilt, according to the National Reconstruction Authority. That 800,000 families still do not have their houses rebuilt is simply a disaster."

TPS should be renewed at least once for full 18 months in 2018 in my opinion. Haiti ko case ma DHS decided to not renew fully because their assessment was that Haiti has recovered from more than 98% of earthquake-related damages. Nepal is nowhere near that in terms of recovery. So let's hope there's at least one, if not a few more full TPS extensions for Nepal.
