@aalukojhol, It really matters especially if you are the sponsor. Back in 2011, when I just graduated from School, I asked my brother to apply for visitor visa for graduation which was denied. Back then, I was F1 student.

Usually if they like to give visa they don't look at anything beside the application submitted. But Make sure she has your invitation letter why she will be visiting you or US in general, job letter saying she works for them, property statements, bank statements and may be a family relationship. That's all. Most likely questions: where n why you going? What is brother doing in U.S., how long is your stay? Are you married single? Any kids etc

Process is simple: From your side: an invitation letter, your status here and the evidence of your financial support if you are supporting for her trip. From her side: Relationship proof (to prove you two are siblings) and the most important part is anything that ties her back to the country. Then she just apply for visitor visa. It's up to her to convince the CO that she will return back to Nepal to be able to get visitor visa. So give priority to the documents that ties her back to Nepal like employment, business.....

ok but lots of people come here on visitor visa and stay here which is wrong, this is a beautiful country and don't let it be polluted with outsiders, you gotta respect the dignity of this country and follow rules and regulations
