No 5 uscis Elis account no?
6 us socila security no?
I dont have social security no

-If you look at the any USCIS receipt you received previously, you might be having Alien Number that starts with A-XXXXXXXXX.

No 5 uscis Elis account no?
-The USCIS Electronic Immigration System (USCIS ELIS) is an online, account-based system that allows you to submit and view certain benefit requests, receive electronic notification of decisions, and receive real-time case status updates.
So you might not be having this number. but you can use the I-94 number here.

6 us socila security no? I dont have social security no.
-If you are in F1 and didnot have work authorization, or didnot work in college and did not apply for Social Security number, you might not be having this too.


25 (b)date authorized period of stay ? because my visa is expired already but i have I20 with validity
-Use I-20 valid until Date here if mentioned, otherwise D/S. (called duration of stay). This is usually in I-94 issued for F1 (F1 Approval receipt from USCIS)

While filing 765 for EAD, use C19 not A12.

but right now i am on dependent visa F2 .but change of status from F2 TO f1 IS ON PROCEESS,, ALSO I DONT HAVE ALIEN NUMBER
While filing 765 for EAD, C19 OR A12. M STILL CONFUSED.AS WEBSITE INFO SAYS Temporary Protected Status (TPS)--(a)(12) and
(c)(19). A category (a)(12) EAD is issued to an
individual granted TPS under 8 CFR 244. A
category (c)(19) EAD is a temporary treatment
benefit under TPS pursuant to 8 CFR 244.5.

You said-'change of status from F2 TO f1 IS ON PROCEESS' and if you file TPS at this moments, your F1 will be void if TPS is decided before F1. So, take a wise decision, TPS or F1 ? remember, TPS is temporary and F1 is valid until you maintain the student status. If your F1 is approved before Dec, 2015, you can still file for TPS with EAD. One quick question,
Do u still use old alien number from OPT extension in question #4, eventhough you are in college right now. I was thinking to leave as blank since that OPT EAD is no more in use and already expired.

Yes, you use that A#. And fill other info regarding previous EAD. Send then the copies of previous EAD if you have.
