Try to get hold of someone in Kathmandu. You can buy them at Attsh (there's an outlet right on Jawalakhel Roundabout, right on the opposite side of "German Bakery" and one in New Road (a block away from Everest Bank).
Alternatively, you can purchase them from other retail outlets like WTC Mall Tripureswor as well.
